These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of globalcareerlabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Global Career Labs (“GCL”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides career guidance, research-backed content, and a free aptitude test, and lets you connect with a GCL career counsellor. GCL also offers paid career assessment and counselling programs, which you can pay for directly on our Programs page (see Section 4, Payments, activation & refunds, below).
Content and guidance on the Site are provided for general informational and guidance purposes. They are not a substitute for individual professional, financial, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the information provided.
Career guidance, aptitude results and recommendations are advisory. We do not guarantee any specific admission, examination result, job, salary or career outcome. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.
Payment. Fees for our paid programs are shown on each card on our Programs page and can be paid directly there via the displayed UPI QR (payable to globalcareerlabs@okaxis). Fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Activation. Once your payment is received and verified against our records, we activate your chosen career-counselling program within 24 hours (usually 1 working day). Please share your payment screenshot and mobile number on WhatsApp, to speed-up verification and program activation.
Non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable. Our programs grant access to assessments, counselling sessions and digital resources as per the program deliverables mentioned on the GCL Programs page, which begin on activation of your chosen program. So fees once paid cannot be refunded in part or full. Please review your program and the deliverables before paying.

The Site, its content, design, branding and the GCL name are owned by or licensed to GCL and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; all other use requires our written permission.
The Site may reference third-party sources (for example, government, NIRF, WEF or NASSCOM data) and link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or policies of third-party sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
