These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of globalcareerlabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Global Career Labs (“GCL”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we offer

The Site provides career guidance, research-backed content, and a free aptitude test, and lets you connect with a GCL career counsellor. GCL also offers a paid career assessment and counselling, which are arranged separately with you — nothing is sold or charged through the Site directly.

2. Informational purpose

Content and guidance on the Site are provided for general informational and guidance purposes. They are not a substitute for individual professional, financial, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the information provided.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Career guidance, aptitude results and recommendations are advisory. We do not guarantee any specific admission, examination result, job, salary or career outcome. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you submit an enquiry or take an assessment.
• Use the Site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not copy, scrape or republish Site content without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, branding and the GCL name are owned by or licensed to GCL and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; all other use requires our written permission.

6. Third-party links & data

The Site may reference third-party sources (for example, government, NIRF, WEF or NASSCOM data) and link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or policies of third-party sites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
