Fees in India vary widely, from free school or college sessions to several thousand rupees for professional assessments and one-to-one counselling. At GCL, solutions range from ₹2,000 to ₹11,000 depending on your stage and depth — most include a free 30-minute counselling call, and the live 1:1 sessions include a full assessment and report.

It is worth it when you face a real decision — a stream, a course, a job switch or a return to work — and want objective, evidence-based guidance rather than opinions. Before paying, check what you will actually receive: a validated assessment, a written report, time with a qualified counsellor and a clear plan. If it is only a generic report, it may not be worth it.

If you are unsure which direction suits you — which stream, course, role or field — start with career counselling, which uses assessments and guidance to find the right fit. If you already know your goal and need help reaching it, coaching fits better. Most GCL solutions are counselling-led, built around an assessment and a session with a counsellor.
